Returns

Exchanges
Eligibility
Items can be exchanged under the following conditions:
- Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately for an exchange.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours to arrange an exchange.
Exchange Process

- Return the Item: Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
- Replacement: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and send out a replacement item. If the replacement item is out of stock, you will receive a full refund or store credit.
Refunds

- Inspection: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
